The first single from Delirium, Love Me Like You Do, which featured on the Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack, was the UK's fourth-biggest selling song of 2015.

The 29-year-old from Hereford hopes that after a whirlwind few years, Delirium will take her to the next level of popstardom.

It reached No 3 in the UK, and the same in the US - her best-performing record so far in the States.

Since the release of her debut Lights in 2010, she has sold more than 20 million records worlwide, had two UK No 1 albums, won two Brit Awards and had Vevo views and streams both in excess of one billion.

Love Me Like You Do was a worldwide No 1, hitting the top spot in 70 countries and breaking the record for the most streamed song in one week.

The album title felt to Goulding like it was the word that summed up everything she’d been through to get to this point. “It can be describing a really happy, crazy state, or it can be the complete opposite. I’m constantly in a state of delirium,” she says.

Support comes from US band LANY (pronounced Lay-nee), whose best-known track, ILYSB, has more than 5 million streams on Spotify

The three-piece from Nashville were #39 on Spotify’s list of 100 emerging artists at SXSW this year, based purely on streaming statistics.
