Sunderland businesses are set to learn how stronger broadband can help them grow, at a free event next month.
Small businesses, social enterprises, registered charities and landlords are being invited to find out more about the Government’s Broadband Connection Voucher scheme, at Sunderland Software Centre on Thursday, July 9.
The scheme is part of a Government-led initiative to improve business’ productivity which provides up to £3,000 to help with broadband installation costs.
Businesses can also apply as a group to connect bigger or more complicated premises.
The scheme became available to Sunderland businesses in April, with only one year to make use of the vouchers.
