The former police station in Jarrow has been transformed into a state-of-the art business centre.
The Clervaux Exchange in Jarrow will officially open its doors next month.

It will provide a home for businesses looking for modern office space.
Ahead of its official opening, the former Mayor and Mayoress of South Tyneside Coun Fay Cunningham and Stella Matthewson were invited to take a tour of the building in Clervaux Terrace.
Coun Cunningham said: “I was incredibly impressed with the new building and the services on offer to help new businesses springboard to success.
“I’m sure this will be a terrific asset for South Tyneside and the wider business community.”
The Clervaux Exchange, was the former Jarrow police station, and has been revamped to offer 50 offices for businesses to work from.
Manager Mark Black said: “The centre opens next month and we are all very excited.
“We have done this across in North Tyneside and the centre there has been a roaring success with 70 per cent occupancy within seven months, and we are hoping for a similar success here in Jarrow.
“We are very much hoping this will be an asset for businesses in South Tyneside looking to grow.”
An open day has been organised, on June 11, to showcase what the centre has to offer to new or exisiting companies looking for new premises.
