Businesses in South Tyneside are being offered the chance to move into a range of new units.
South Tyneside Council has a portfolio of four fully-managed business units across the borough offering a range of managed workspaces from secure units to high quality town centre offices.
All of the council’s business centres have high speed dedicated broadband connectivity, high-tech facilities in meeting and conference rooms as well as flexible terms.
Coun John Anglin, the council’s lead member for regeneration and economy, said: “Our business centres offer a range of flexible working spaces to help support our home-grown and innovative businesses.
“As a council, we know that businesses, large and small, are the backbone of our economy and South Tyneside is a great place for start-ups.
“We have continued to nurture and support local businesses by investing in our business centres. We are working in partnership with businesses to encourage economic growth by providing the facilities they need to develop their business.”
A recent upgrade to internet connectivity and the installation of a new telephone system has recently taken place at South Shields Business Works.
