Families flocked to the free event which saw its biggest ever turnout last Saturday.

There was a feast of activities and entertainment on offer, including craft stalls, a funfair, a miniature zoo and demonstrations.

The highlight of this year’s event was a spectacular carnival, staged by performance production company The Creative Seed.
