THEY’RE open – and we are hoping for a cracking response to our What’s On Where Awards.

We are looking for the very best in the arts, culture, hospitality and leisure sectors of South Tyneside and Sunderland. Enter your nominations here.
The awards are held in association with our weekly entertainments guide, Wow 24/7, and aim to reward the elite in everything from restaurants to children’s venues, takeaways to parks and community areas, and hotels to the best shopping experience.

It’s only the second time we have held the awards and we want to build on the success of last year’s great inaugural competition.

That’s where you come in. We want you to nominate you favourites in each of the categories listed on the form above right.

There is plenty of time to put forward your favourites as the deadline for entries is February 5, next year.

We will be revealing the winners on February 26 in a glittering finale at The Best Western Roker Hotel – and now we need your nominations.

So whether you are a clubber, pubber, shopper, theatre goer, or diner, we want you to get involved. Send in your entries and put your favourites in the running.

And if there’s more than one cause that you love, put them all in the running and make the judges’ job really hard.

Enter your nominations here.
