Headteacher Jenny Parker said: “It was absolutely fantastic and such a lovely day.
“It was a celebration of the children’s achivements and their time throughout the year.
“It also celebrated the parental involvement we’ve had this year, with our stay and play days and other events.
“This is my first year as head teacher and they have made me feel so welcome.”
Mrs Parker, added: “Part of the celebration was to say thank you to the staff, they work so hard and for creating the learning journals for the children.
“They are shared with parents throughout the year, but it’s a nice keepsake for the children to finally be able to take them home with them.
“The children have come on so far, it’s been lovely to see them all blossom.”
