The organisation which cares for those who are terminally ill, is encouraging residents to join a Hartlepool fundraising group to ensure it can continue to deliver its on-going support to service users.

Community fundraiser Lisa Wild said: “Joining the Hartlepool Fundraising Group is a wonderful way to play an important role in the work of a national charity at a local level, make new friendships and engage with your community.”
