The nation has spoken and Collabro are their favourite ever Britain’s Got Talent champions.
The theatrical boyband came out on top in a public vote organised by the show’s broadcaster ITV.
The group – which stars Washington’s Jamie Lambert, Richard Hadfield, Matt Pagan, Thomas Redgrave and Michael Auger – won the show in 2014.
They won people over with their first audition when they performed a stunning rendition of Stars from the music Les Misérables.
The boys appeared on Good Morning Britain today to talk about winning the vote and took to Twitter to thank their fans.
They said: “Dream come true guys – winning against such great talent – thank you thank you thank you #collaboratorsrock”
Britain’s Got Talent, the star search launched by music mogul Simon Cowell in 2007, is set to make a return tomorrow night.
Versions of the show have been launched around the world and performers come from around the globe each year to audition for the original programme.
Do you think Collabro were the right choice for the top spot?
