Fiona Leask, 41, of Iris Terrace, Houghton, was fined £40 after she admitted a charge of speeding. She was ordered to pay £85 costs and a £30 surcharge and was given three penalty points.

Amy Temple, 35, of Teal Close, Washington, pleaded guilty to watching television without a licence. She was given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £21 surcharge.

Gillian Trowell, 52, of Mowbray Road, South Shields, admitted failing to provide police with driver information. She was fined £373 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a surcharge of £37. She was also banned from driving for six months.

Andrew Forster, 43, of Murton Street, Sunderland, admitted trespassing into a store and stealing vaping equipment valued at £1,000. He was given a six-month community order and placed on a curfew for six weeks. He was ordered to pay £300 in compensation and £150 costs.

Nichola Elizabeth Henderson, 30, pleaded guilty to three charges of benefit fraud. She was given a six-month community order, including a four-week curfew. She was ordered to pay £85 costs and an £85 surcharge.

Stephen McBrearty, 56, of Stanhope, Oxclose, Washington, pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol. He was fined £392 and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £39 surcharge. He was banned from driving for 12 months.

James Robert Burns, 22, of Front Street, East Boldon, was fined £392 after he pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol. He was banned from driving for 18 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £39 surcharge.

Anthony Richard Douthwaite, 34, of Boulmer Lea, Seaham, was fined £1,461 after he pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol. He was banned from driving for 23 months and ordered to pay £85 costs and a surcharge of £146.Ellie Bryce, 18, of Whitbourne Close, Washington, admitted driving with excess alcohol. She was banned from driving for 18 months and fined £132. She was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £32 surcharge.

Brian Anthony Redman, 37, of Lichfield Road, Sunderland, admitted damaging a Stagecoach bus window. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £500 compensation, £85 costs and a £21 surcharge.

George Randolph Jones, 38, of HMP Durham, admitted two charges of possession of a Class C drug in Sunderland. He was given an absolute discharge.

David George Coxon, 64, of Inverness Road, Jarrow, admitted driving with excess alcohol. He was fined £120 and banned from driving for 18 months. He was also ordered to pay £85 costs and a £32 surcharge.

Fiona Lumsdon, 29, of Rutherford Avenue, Seaham, admitted a charge of speeding and was fined £115. She was given three penalty points and ordered to pay £85 costs and a £32 surcharge.

Daniel Anthony Payne, 29, of Henderson Road, South Shields, pleaded guilty to criminal damage. He was ordered to pay £100 compensation.
