Flasher who jumped out of bushes to expose himself to woman is hunted by police


A FLASHER who jumped out of bushes and exposed himself to a passing woman is being hunted by police on South Tyneside.

The incident happened at 8.45pm, on Friday, when a woman in her 50s was walking along John Reid Road, South Shields.

A man emerged from the bushes and exposed himself, before walking off towards Whiteleas Way.

The woman was shocked but unharmed.

The man was in his early 30s, about 5ft 3ins tall, of medium build, with a thin face.

He had dark shoulder-length hair, possibly in a ponytail, and was wearing a black mac.
