A BURGLAR with a host of previous convictions has admitted another break-in and possession of cannabis.

Cameron Robinson, 39, of Laybourn Gardens, Simonside, South Shields, pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B controlled drug and to burglary at Newcastle Crown Court yesterday.

The burglary, on May 19 this year, was committed in Newcastle Road, South Shields.

David Comb, prosecuting, said: “He stole a PlayStation 3, a mountain bike and a bottle of perfume.”

Judge Sean Morris told Robinson that he will be sentenced on Monday, September 22, after a request by Paul Roland, defending, for reports.
