South Shields woman accused over danger dog

A WOMAN accused of being in charge of a dog which was dangerously out of control has appeared in court.

Kirstine Amer denies allowing the dog to be dangerously out of control on Thursday, July 18, when it allegedly caused injury to a woman in West Park in South Shields. She is also accused of assaulting a man on the same day, a charge she also entered a not guilty plea to.

The 27-year-old, of Revesby Street in South Shields, will be back at South Tyneside Magistrates’ Court for trial on June 26.
