Dogs Trust currently has so many gorgeous pups up for adoption across the North and North East.
Darlington, Cumbria, Leeds and Edinburgh rehoming centres are hoping to find lovely homes for their dogs in order to give them the best possible lives.
Here are just 17 of the dogs searching for a forever home in time for Summer.
17. Lily Longlegs (Lurcher, two-five years)
Lily Longlegs is a very sweet girl who is very loving with her family. Once she knows you well she will ask you for lots of bum scratches and is sure to show you her goofy and playful side! Lily Longlegs is not used to travelling in the car and would like for her new owners to work on this with her. She adores spending time with her people and is not used to being left home alone, she does need someone to be at home with her throughout the day to keep her company. She would like for her new owners to build up her leaving hours at a gradual pace once she is fully settled in her home. She would like her new family to visit her multiple times here at the centre to build a strong bond before heading to her new home.
