Ki Sung-yueng set for his Newcastle debut
Ki Sung-yueng could make his Newcastle United debut against Hull City tonight.
The midfielder, signed as a free agent this summer, has travelled to the KCOM Stadium with his new team-mates.
Sung-yueng, released by Swansea City at the end of the season, was given an extended break following his involvement with South Korea's World Cup campaign.
However, the 29-year-old returned to the club over the weekend and trained with his team-mates yesterday.
And manager Rafa Benitez could hand him his debut against the Championship side in what is Newcastle's second pre-season friendly.
Midfielder Isaac Hayden – who has asked for a transfer for "family reasons" – is also in Benitez's squad.
