Little Mix miss out at the Brits

The group, which features Jade Thirlwall and Perrie Edwards from South Shields, were pipped at the post in both categories they were nominated in.

Little Mix, which also features Leigh-Anne Pinnick and Jesy Nelson, were nominated for Best British Single for their song Black Magic, but the award went to Adele for Hello.

And, the award for British Artist Video of the Year category, which the band was also nominated for, went to One Direction's Drag Me Down.

However, the night was still a success for the girls, when they took to the stage to perform Black Magic live.
