Negotiations are a farce
In his letter (October 27), Denis Gillon is spot on about how Teresa May is going to use Parliament to scupper Britain ever leaving the EU.
As the Red Indians used to say white man/woman speak with fork tongue. Our Conservative Government has been the most guilty of this since Thatcher’s time in office. Putting every proposal for leaving the EU to parliament will be rejected by either the EU or Parliament as the majority of MPs are for remain.
On another note all those UKIP MEPs will be relieved, Nigel Farage included. None of them expected to win. The thought of losing the fortune they earn on that gravy train just did not bear thinking about. As Denis said it’s a farce.
