'No one does it better than South Shields' - Joe McElderry sends Wembley good luck message to the Mariners

Joe McElderry was back in the North East today to launch Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, which will be this yea'rs Christmas show at the Metro Radio Arena.

Speaking to us at the press call, the former Harton School pupil sent his best wishes to South Shields FC and tipped them for success at Wembley on May 21.

He said: “I think it’s incredible, and once again, as per usual, no one does it better than South Shields. I’m sure they’ll do fantastic and I wish them all the best of luck and congratulations.

"I hope it goes very well for them. Have a good one.”
