Six cars have been damaged in a single South Tyneside street – prompting a police appeal for witnesses.
Northumbria Police has confirmed that the incidents all happened in Bede Terrace, East Boldon, between 7.30pm on Saturday and 9am on Sunday.
Yellow paint was sprayed or splattered on each car parked in the street.
