This year’s performances include Team Brazil in the Splitting Globe of Death, hailed as one of the world’s most dangerous circus acts with motorcyclists speeding around inside a steel cage at over 60mph; direct from Monte Carlo, Circus Festival Gold Medal winners The Faltyny Family who will aim to amaze audiences with their whirlwind acts; from Australia, the Brophy Family will showcase their Wild West whip cracking and gun-toting spectacular, while the Eremia Brothers aim to thrill circus goers with their high-speed skill on the Wheel of Death.

A number of new acts will also be taking to the ring, including for the first time an Optimus Prime Transformer robot.

Jo added: “This year, as well as the acts people know us for, we also have a number of new acts.

“And for the first time an Optimus Prime Transformer robot will be making an appearance.”
