RECAP: Council tax rise and spending plans set at South Tyneside budget meeting
Councillors have voted on a council tax rise and millions of pounds worth of spending plans at a crunch meeting.
The budget meeting for 2020/21 saw members discuss proposals set out by council chiefs before voting to set the plans for the next financial year.
