Yesterday we revealed the best and worst GP surgeries in our area based on NHS information - and now we want to hear what annoys you about your practice.

After we released the ratings, our Facebook page was inundated with comments about what frustrates people most about booking and attending appointments.

 There were four common themes: Trying to get an appointment, feeling like you're not being listened to, reception issues and spending too much time in the waiting room.
