Rafa Benitez responds to Kenedy's comments on his Newcastle future
Rafa Benitez says Kenedy's longer-term future is in Chelsea's hands.
The winger joined Newcastle United on a half-season loan in January.
Kenedy, set to face Huddersfield Town at St James's Park tomorrow, scored two goals in the club's last Premier League home game, the 3-0 win over Southampton earlier this month.
The 22-year-old was quoted in his native Brazil as saying he was "really happy" at St James's Park – and interested making the move permanent in the summer.
Asked about Kenedy's comments, United manager Benitez said: "There are a lot of good players doing really well here.
"If a player is happy, that's good news for us. But a decision depends on the other team."
