Search for attacker who turned on 16-year-old boy in Hebburn park

Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenager was assaulted in Hebburn.

The incident happened in Carr Ellison Park in Hebburn.

The assault happened between 11pm and 11.10pm on Thursday, March 2, in Carr Ellison Park in St John's Avenue. A 16-year-old boy was assaulted by a group of youths causing him to suffer significant injuries. Officers are carrying out inquiries and are appealing for witnesses.
