The MP for South Shields suffered a broken wrist after an accident at the Labour Party conference.
Emma Lewell-Buck took to social media to thank the staff at The Grand Hotel in Brighton and the paramedics for helping her.
She also praised the care she received from the NHS.
Ms Lewell-Buck, who had been giving a speech at the conference, said: "Thanks to staff at The Grand Hotel and paramedics for looking after me.
"To you lovely twitter people asking how I am. I'm in A&E with a broken wrist being well looked after by our amazing NHS.
"It happened just after I was giving a speech in #Lab17 fringe where I was speaking about how my dyspraxia makes me clumsy!"
The MP got lots of responses from well wishers, hoping for a speedy recovery.
