It’s been another scary Halloween in South Tyneside with some of the best costumes we’ve ever seen.

The pumpkins, fake blood and face paint may be packed away for another year, but there’s still plenty of time to get scared of these fantastic spooks.

Cower with fright at Anna Binks, dressed as a spooky witch, and are you brave enough to take on Denise Jones, the ghost?

Macie George dressed up as a corpse bride with dad Carl, and the pair terrified the neighbours, while Reon Defty, at seven months, was a creepy cutie.

Honey the dog looked frightfully upset about her witch costume, but Amelia Egglestone, two, was making the coven proud along with brother Kieran, seven, dressed as a skeleton.
