We asked you to pick this year's crowning Christmas song - and we can now reveal what the North East wants to see in the top spot.
The contenders for this year's Christmas number 1, as revealed by the Official Charts Company, are definitely a mixed bag this year.
So we asked you, our readers, to pick your favourite in the list - and the results are now in.
The nation's sweetheart Cilla Black, who died in August this year, dominated our poll taking more than 30 per cent of the vote to win with You're My World.
Shakin' Stevens', with Echoes of Merry Christmas Everyone, is in second place, with the X Factor winners' single, Last Christmas by Carly Rae Jepsen and I Am Santa by The Darkness sitting near the bottom.
Jepsen's take on the Wham classic gained only 4% of the vote with The Darkness, who reached number 2 in the Christmas chart in 2004 with Christmas Time (Don't Let The Bells End), sitting alongside.
But it was Katy Perry, with her H&M campaign track Every Day is a Holiday, that attracted the least support with only 1%. The popstar may have previously lit up the charts like a Firework - but this festive flop is failing to ignite.
More than 140 people voted in our poll.
The Christmas number 1 will be revealed on Christmas Day, on Radio 1's chart show with Greg James.
