Home From Home features the British Legion Club, in Queen Street, South Shields, with interviews by North East comedian Ned Kelly, musicians Joe Peterson and Michael ‘Mad Dog’ Davis, as well as entertainers Wayne Miller and Iain Cunningham – telling stories from the years they played the clubs.

Pam Carroll, steward at the British Legion, talks about how the clubs have changed over the years. Copies of the DVD will be on sale on the day.
