Featuring a nine-piece live band, the Chicago Blues Brothers show is packed with over two hours of blues, Motown and soul music, along with some side-splitting comedy thrown in for good measure.

It was all the way back in 1978 that John Belushi and Dan Aykroyd (aka Joliet Jake Blues and Elwood J Blues) first unleashed the might that was to become The Blues Brothers on the NBC show Saturday Night Live.

As well as featuring hits from both of the Blues Brothers movies, including Everybody Needs Somebody, Rawhide, Gimme Some Lovin’, and Sweet Home Chicago, the stage show also includes classics from James Brown, Ray Charles, Aretha Franklin, Otis Reading, Cab ‘Minnie the Moocher’ Calloway and many more.

Later in the month, The Drifters return with The Rebranded Tour on Sunday, February 14 – an ideal treat for Valentine’s Day.

With over 65 members in 63 years, the legacy continues with the current line-up. After their success on previous world tours they are back with The Rebranded
Tour.

The Drifters have seen massive chart success on both sides of the Atlantic and across the world, with over 114 million album sales and 214 million singles sales and a vast catalogue of hits, now in their 63rd year the dynasty continues.

The current line-up has rebranded the Drifters with new releases on both of their former labels, Atlantic Records 2009 and Sony Music 2011 and in 2015 they released Stand by Me (with new tracks) on the Warner label.

The concert features over 34 original tracks and some popular new songs from the recent album.
