Woman missing after leaving South Shields pub is found
A woman who was reported missing after leaving a South Shields pub has been found safe.
Police appealed for help to trace Susan Swan, 49, who had last been seen drinking at the Hogarth pub in Mile End Road on the evening of Sunday, June 16.
She was with a friend outside the pub but then became separated and she did not return to the address where she was staying in Swalwell.
A Northumbria Police statement said: "Missing woman Susan Swan has been located safe and well by officers in South Shields.
"Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal."
