World champion boxer Kell Brook is hoping to pack a punch with fight fans when he delivers a sportsman dinner next month.
The unbeaten welterweight boxer has been lined up as the latest name to grace the stage of the Hedworth Hall, in Dean Road, South Shields.

The event is announced as talks continue over who the British professional fighter will next get in the ring with.
The 29-year-old, promoted by Eddie Hearn, is hoping to take on Timothy Bradley in a home fight at the end of October. He also hopes to one day fight Amir Khan.
An evening with Kell Brook, who won his first fight as a professional in September 2004, will take place on September 18, when fans will be able to hear from the man himself on his rise to the top.
People will also be given the chance to ask questions of the current IBF world champion.
Manager at the Hedworth Hall, Carl Mowatt, said: “We’re looking forward to welcoming Kell Brook to the Hedworth Hall, next month. It will be interesting to hear a current world champion talk on the highs and lows of his career to date and what the future holds for him.
“We have held a number of successful events at the venue with a number of big names from the sporting arena, and hopefully Kell Brook’s visit will be no different.
“It’ll be a great night for boxing fans and amateur boxers alike.”
Tickets are priced at £40 for the night and include a meal.
A limited number of VIP tickets are also available, priced £65, which includes a meal and meet and greet ahead of the event.
