Chewing the fat over health

Poor diet now generates more disease than physical inactivity, alcohol and smoking combined

I AM sick of all the stories in the news about what we should and shouldn’t eat.

Fat is bad and now it’s good, carbs are bad and now we don’t eat enough, with the biggest demon of all now being sugar.

We all know that in order to avoid obesity we should eat less and move more but these guidelines do not make it easy to make the right choices.

Not that I need to worry because according to recent research short people do not live as long as tall people.

So as one of life’s smaller people, I will enjoy it while I can.
