Kind strangers helped me after fall

editorial image

MAY I use the letters page to give a huge ‘thank you’ to the three kind strangers who came to my aid on January 30.

I was obviously in shock, having misjudged the kerb and smashed into the brick wall, finally sprawling in the cold.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, my angels, for staying and comforting me in the short wait for the ambulance.

Yes, I have a broken arm and am strapped up for the near future, there are of course multiple bruises still working their way out, and I live on a diet of soup in a mug and painkillers.

Thank you also to the two paramedics for seeing me safely to A&E.
