Thank you to everyone who came to the Valentine Laffalang 2016 last weekend.

Once again, the Westovian Theatre rocked with laughter over the two nights.

Our apologies for the Friday evening when Bobby Pattinson was scheduled to perform.

Unfortunately, Bobby felt ill before the show and, like the old soldier he is, was hoping to do 10 minutes in the second half but had to leave before the interval.

He will be back performing at the Laffalang soon.

While the cast and compere, Micky Hutton, took the limelight.

Our thank goes to the Shields Gazette for its continued support but we’d particularly like to thank the 250 or so who paid their hard-earned money to support the Laffalang.

Laffalang fans are reminded that the next show will be in July and will be a tribute to Bob Stott, featuring his favourite jokes, widow Twanky sketches and other Laffalang sketches old and new.

On Sunday, August 7, the Laffalang Gang will be performing at The Stand, Newcastle, in a Sketch for Sammy, which will be the second year the troupe has been invited to performed with Sunday for Sammy.
