Two PMs who simply did not care

RE: I agree on Cameron – but is he really worse than Thatcher?’ (Have Your Say, Gazette, February 12)

What a hard decision to decide which of these buffoons caused the greatest misery to this country.

Cameron: unforgiveable attacks on the unemployed, the sick, all his evil welfare cuts.

Thatcher: caused untold misery to thousands of miners and their families.

The Coalition Government’s welfare cuts, even causing suicides among people who just could not cope.

The pair are as bad as each other and had the same thing in common: they didn’t care.

The Tories will never care about the working classes. Mr Cameron’s cabinet has no fewer than 23 millionaires and yet, I believe, he would let people starve.

I could not come to a decision on who was the worst, but I do know you could write a book on both these ruthless, uncaring, sad excuses for human beings.

Let’s hope people power will send this worse-than-vermin government packing.
