England put in another below-par performance against Slovenia and weren’t able to break down their opponents’ dogged defence.
The Three Lions struggled to create chances again and their slow build-up place made it hard for them to carve out openings.
Nevertheless, Gareth Southgate’s side have still made it through to the knockout stages and haven’t lost yet.
Newcastle United defender Kieran Trippier started the game at left-back before going off late in the second-half. Meanwhile, winger Anthony Gordon was brought on near the end but it was too late for him to make an impact.
