KEY MAN ... Mehdi Abeid.
KEY MAN ... Mehdi Abeid.

MEHDI Abeid will make a timely comeback from injury for Newcastle United tonight.

The midfielder suffered a broken toe on international duty last month.

But Abeid has been passed fit to play against Burnley at Turf Moor (7.45pm kick-off).

United manager Alan Pardew is without midfield duo Moussa Sissoko and Jack Colback through suspension.

Striker Papiss Demba Cisse returns to the starting XI, while defenders Daryl Janmaat, Mike Williamson and Massadio Haidara have passed late fitness tests.
