Aleksandar Mitrovic has joined Fulham in a £20million deal.
The striker's move from Newcastle United has been confirmed by the two clubs.
Mitrovic – who spent the second half of last season on loan at Craven Cottage – had left the club's training base in Portugal on Saturday to complete the switch.
"I’m very glad and happy and proud to finally be here and officially become a Fulham player," said the 23-year-old, who will take the No 9 shirt at Fulham.
"I’m happy to the moon and back. I have love for the fans. They’re amazing fans and I have a really good connection with them."
Mitrovic, signed from Anderlecht three years ago, was not in Rafa Benitez's plans at Newcastle.
A United statement read: "The club wish him well for the future."
Mitrovcic scored 12 goals for Fulham in the Championship last season.
