Newcastle United and Club Atlas are expected to pull in a crowd of more than 20,000 to Miller Park.
The two sides face each other in a friendly in Milwaukee, Wisconsin (2am kick-off BST).
And organisers are expecting the 41,290-seat home of the Milwaukee Brewers baseball team to be half full.
United midfielder Jack Colback said: “I’ve not played in a baseball stadium, so that will be good to see.
“I think the atmosphere will be good with as many as 25,000 here, which is a great turnout.
“We don’t know how enthusiastic the American soccer fans are, but it will be a great experience for us all.”
The match is the first of three fixtures that Steve McClaren’s side will play in the USA.
