KENNY McDowall says that Rangers’ five loan signings from Newcastle United must play every week.
The club signed fringe players Haris Vuckic, Gael Bigirimana, Shane Ferguson, Remie Streete and Kevin Mbabu on transfer deadline day.
Asked at a Press conference today if he had to play the quintet every week, manager McDowall said: “Yes.
“They’re obviously good players. They’ve played with Newcastle. I’ll carry on and do what I’m told to do.
“I was told at the offset that players would be coming in that wouldn’t be my responsibility.
“So I’ll carry on regardless.”
Promotion-chasing Rangers, in which Newcastle owner Mike Ashley has a controversial 8.92 per cent shareholding, are second in the Scottish Championship.
