Newcastle United have today been linked for a Spanish striker as Rafa Benitez looks to move in the transfer market.
According to Spanish newspaper AS, Newcastle are watching Nano, who plays for Tenerife in Spain's Segunda Division.
The 21-year-old has been in impressive form this season scoring 14 league goals in 22 starts.
Newcastle have history of targeting Tenerife's players, having signed Ayoze Perez two years ago in a £1.8million deal.
And Nano is seen as the next young talent to emerge from the Spanish club.
The Magpies, however, face competition from Real Betis, who have also scouted Nano regularly this season.
