Newcastle United slap £15m price tag on forward, Shearer and Owen to be 'kept apart', and more
Newcastle United have reportedly slapped a £15m price rag on striker Dwight Gayle ahead of a potential January move.
Steve Bruce had previously said that he was keen to work with Gayle, but the forward has struggled to rack up minutes on the pitch so far this season.

Hide AdThe Telegraph report that Gayle is of interest to Championship sides including Nottingham Forest, West Brom and Leeds United.
Gayle was sent on-loan to West Brom last year, where the Midlands side were knocked out of the play-offs by Aston Villa.
Whether a second-tier club will stump up £15m for the forward remains to be seen.
