Tim Krul has posted an emotional message to Newcastle United fans having played, what looks like, his last game for the club.
The Dutch international keeper sealed a season-long loan to Premier League rivals Brighton & Hove Albion on deadline day.
And with his contract up next summer, it looks like his 11-year stay on Tyneside is up.
"To all the Geordies I just want to say a massive thank you for your support over the last 11 years," he posted on his Twitter account.
"You guys are the foundation of the club.
"It's been an amazing an unforgettable journey.
"I arrived at Newcastle as a 17-year-old boy and leaving as a man with too many memories to mention.
"Thank you for making me feel like an adopted Geordie."
He continued: "I'm proud and honoured to have served this great club, you will always be in my heart."
