Newcastle United striker Seydou Doumbia has been sighted – in Moscow!
Doumbia, on a half-season loan from AS Roma, last played for the club on March 14.
The 28-year-old – who spent the first half of the season at CSKA Moscow – hasn't made Rafa Benitez's bench in recent weeks.
And Doumbia will not get a permanent contract at St James's Park – whatever division the club ends up in next season.
The Ivory Coast international – who has played just 29 minutes of football for the club since his January move – does not have a future at Roma.
And Doumbia posted a photograph of himself on Instagram yesterday at the Arena Khimki, which staged the Moscow derby between CSKA and Dynamo.
He was not on the bench for relegation-threatened Newcastle's game against Liverpool at Anfield on Saturday.
