Sunderland play their final friendly match of the tour of France today - and you can follow it live.

The third and final game of the tour is against French Ligue 1 side Montpellier HSC (5pm kick-off UK time) at the Stade Jacques Forestier, in Aix-les-Bains.

John O'Shea and Seb Larsson missed Sunderland's opening four games of pre-season due to an extended break after Euro 2016 but will feature at some stage today.

"We’re still in pretty good shape because we’ve been at the Euros," said O'Shea.

"Myself and Seb have been doing extra work after the main sessions, and some individual sessions, to bring us up to speed."

Left-back Patrick van Aanholt faces a late fitness test after suffering tightness in his groin in the 3-2 win over Dijon. Jermain Defoe is out with a thigh strain.
