Electro-dance gods The Prodigy today announced a UK arena tour - with hip-hop legends Public Enemy as their support.
The heavyweight pair will team up for eight dates around the Uk and Ireland, including one at the Metro Radio Arena in Newcastle on Thursday, November 26.
The Prodigy have just finished a sold-out tour of medium-sized venues, which was rounded off with two shows at Alexandra Palace in London.
Their recent album, The Day Is My Enemy, was their sixth consecutive No 1, and has already achieved silver sales.
Main man Liam Howlett said: “We are hyped to announce we have our old skool heroes Public Enemy joining us on our UK and European tour.”
The UK & Irish leg kicks off in Nottingham on November 24 and runs through to December 4, where they’ll take to the stage at Wembley Arena.
Tickets go on sale via theprodigy.com from tomorrow and on general sale from Friday.
If you can’t wait that long to experience the new album live, you can catch The Prodigy headlining Isle of Wight Festival in June and T In The Park in July.
