There were tasty treats for the whole family in South Shields this bank holiday weekend, as the town welcomed the Proper Food and Drink Festival.

A huge variety of food and drink to choose from.
Thousands of people headed to the festival over the course of the bank holiday weekend.
The Proper Food and Drink Festivals were started in 2012 by Mark and Shelley Deakin.
