A musical charity event is hoping to raise funds for worthy causes in South Tyneside.

The Halloween Extravaganza event will be held tonight, Friday October 28, at the White Lead Pub in Hebburn, bringing together three charitable organisations; The People's Angels, Hebburn Helps foodbank and Hope- a charity helping the homeless- to raise funds to carry out their good work.

The event, which will run from 7pm to 11pm, will feature music from local artists including band The Craic, singer Jaxta and singer songwriter Annabel Pattinson.

Tickets are £5 and the event will feature a raffle to raise further funds.
