Here is the list of destinations in the 14 countries you can book a flight to now from Newcastle Airport.

Last month, EasyJet confirmed it was closing its base at the North East airport meaning the budget airline slashed the destinations it flew to from Newcastle.

Now the airline only flies to Bristol and Belfast – but the airport still has flights to 25 other destination as we head into September.

Eurowings has also now resumed operations between Newcastle and Dusseldorf, becoming the tenth airline to restart flights from the North East’s airport.

The airline ceased flying between the two cities in April due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but today (September 2) began operating three flights every week and plans to increase to six flights per week from November.
