Retail sales advisor – O2

Role: promote and sell a wide range of products and services to both business and consumer customers, achieve company targets to achieve profitability and growth of the store, have strong product knowledge and be able to provide recommendation on products and services that match requirements.

Hours: 40 hours a week.

Wage: £7.70–£9 an hour with OTE of £23,000.

Role: unpacking the stock, staffing the tills, keeping the store clean and tiday, assisting customers and checking on stock levels.

Role: create a welcoming atmosphere for customers, till management including banking, lead by example and support and motivate team members, contribute towards the achievement of KPIs such as sales, salaries and stock loss targets.

Wage: Hourly rate £8.34 for under 21s (£7.60 basic + 0.53 average bonus), £9.04 for 21 or over (£8.30 basic + 0.53 average bonus).

Role: ensure that every team member of the team understands their role, organise and train team members, introduce customers them to products, recruit and develop the best individuals, maximise utilisation of resources to achieve set KPI's, provide clear leadership and direction.

Hours:45 hours per week

Christmas stock replenisher

Role: main responsibility will be to ensure the store is well replenished and kept neat and tidy for customers throughout the festive period. Once the festive season has finished there will be continuous work available across other retail clients.

Hours: Days 10am to 10pm or nights 8pm to 8am Monday to Sunday.

Wage: £8.25 per hour. £80 bonus for working all shifts from the December 16 to 23. (Eight in total)
